As the General Contractor, we are involved with the project owner, owner’s representatives, and/or project design team at the very earliest stages from initial concept sketch, site procurement, project design assistance, budget/feasibility numbers, value engineering, to acquiring the overall project Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) through competitive subcontractor bidding.

Our Design/Build methodology is a win-win approach for all parties involved to help minimize change orders and ensure the best value in overall design to meet the owner’s budget and schedule goals.
